I work on different DIY projects that don’t all need the same voltage, so the 2V–30V adjustment gives me much more flexibility. The preset options are convenient when I just want to get to a common voltage quickly.

The LCD is more useful than I expected. I can see the voltage, current, power, battery level, and temperature while something is running instead of just plugging it in and guessing what’s happening.

I already had 18V batteries sitting around between projects, so buying another standalone power source didn’t make much sense to me. This adapter lets me use those batteries for DC equipment, USB-C devices, and even wireless phone charging. It turned batteries I already owned into something I can use well beyond my power tools.
