I've always been scared of oil splatters, but the deeper pot design on this actually works. I made chicken nuggets for the kids and used way less oil than my old wide skillet. The 304 stainless steel cleans up beautifully.

The bird's mouth guide hole is brilliant. Pouring the hot oil back into my storage container used to be a complete mess, but this doesn't spill a drop. Excellent little fryer for home use.

Solid pot overall. The silicone handle stays perfectly cool and provides a great anti-slip grip. The included lid is pretty basic and rattles a little if you use it for boiling pasta water rapidly, but for deep frying shrimp, it's perfect.
