I wanted Halloween lights along the walkway, but I really didn’t want extension cords running across the lawn where the kids could trip over them. These were much easier—just stake them into the ground and let the solar panel charge. They come on by themselves at night, which is one less thing for me to remember.

I was worried the pumpkins would be too dim once they were outside, especially from the street. I was pleasantly surprised. The 20 pumpkin lights give off enough glow to make the front yard look festive without being overly bright. The different lighting modes are a nice bonus too.

A lot of yard lights I’ve bought before were so short that they disappeared behind my flowers and shrubs. These sit noticeably higher, so the pumpkins are still visible even around thicker landscaping. Setup took me only a few minutes and I didn’t need any tools.
