I had a box of old mixtapes and family recordings that had been sitting untouched for years. I connected this player to my computer, used Audacity, and saved several favorites as MP3 files.

Put in two AA batteries, loaded an old cassette, and it played right away. Simple, nostalgic, and easy to use.

I originally bought it for the transparent design, but the transfer feature ended up being my favorite part. Watching the cassette mechanism while it plays is a nice retro touch, and connecting it to my computer for recording was easier than I expected. A fun little player for revisiting old tapes.
