I like how easy this arm exerciser is to use at home. The resistance adjusts smoothly, so I can start light and make the workout harder when I need to.

This exerciser feels sturdy when I use it. The frame stays steady, and it gives my arms, chest, and shoulders a good workout without taking up much space.

The counter makes it simple to see how many reps I’ve done. It folds up easily after use, which is great for keeping my workout area neat.
