At Sakerplus, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the products they purchase from us. If you experience any shipping or product issues, or if you feel frustrated, please send us an email, and our team will assist you right away.

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us at [email protected]. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thank you!

We accept order cancellation requests before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Timeframe: Customers may cancel their orders within 1 day (24 hours) of placing them.

Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 2 business days of being placed and shipped the day after processing.

If a cancellation request is made before the order has shipped and within the allowed 1-day cancellation period, the order can be cancelled. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you feel that the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund subject to the eligibility requirements below.

Refunds will be granted in the following circumstances:

• The product you purchased is completely non-functional.
• You have not received your product within 90 business days of placing your order.

For products you have received, please make sure to contact us within 90 days of delivery, based on the tracking information provided.

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

• Your order number (which should begin with “MSP”)
• The name and email address used to place the order
• The reason for your refund request

If your request meets the eligibility requirements in this policy, we will process your refund directly. You do not need to return the product.

Please note:

• Your refund will be credited to your account within 3–5 business days after your refund request is approved.

You are not eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address, not being at home for delivery, or not collecting the package as requested).
• Your order did not arrive due to circumstances beyond our store’s control (e.g., the package was delayed by a natural disaster, was marked as “delivered” in the tracking system but was not received, or was delivered to your mailbox but subsequently went missing).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund within 5 business days after approval, please check your payment account and contact your bank or payment provider to confirm whether the refund is pending.
