This is the most fun I’ve had exercising at home. I sweat fast and don’t even realize how long I’ve been training. The rhythm lights really push me to keep moving without thinking about it.

I use it after work to decompress. Music on, lights flashing, stress gone. It’s honestly better than scrolling my phone or sitting on the couch.
